RE: Proposal for the supply of pizzas

Pizza Palace has been in the business of providing delicious and quality pizzas and subs and pitas to businesses and individual customers in the Barrie area. We have developed a solid reputation for quality, efficiency, excellence, and pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction, believing that our customers truly are our best advertising.
Pizza Palace takes great pride in our community and as a gesture of good will and in the spirit of giving back to our community; we make regular contributions to organizations, such as schools, in support of their fundraising events. Our business has achieved a positive reputation in this community as we aim to provide customers with great food and great service.
Client Summary:
The Objective: School in Barrie is seeking affordable meal options, specifically Pizza Palace specialty pizzas
* Need #1: quality affordable meal options at a reasonable rate
* Need #2: delivery service
* Need #3: donations amount in support of fundraising
The Solution: Pizza Palace is well known in the local community for providing affordable pizzas, subs, and pitas using only premium quality ingredients from which Schools can choose for their specific tastes.
* Recommendation #1: Schools may place their orders for pizzas, being assured that only quality products will be used and delivered to meet customer satisfaction. Pizza Palace uses only its own freshly made bread and premium quality meats as well as fresh vegetables and other ingredients. We strictly follow and meet the Canada Health Nutrition Guidelines.
The flat rate for a Large pizza (14”) will remain at $7.10 (taxes not included) for the duration of the contract.
* Recommendation #2: Pizza Palace will provide free delivery of pizzas to the Schools.
* Recommendation #3: Pizza Palace will provide 1 (one) free pizza with every 10 (ten) pizzas purchased at the offered price. Pizza Palace will also extend this offer to the school staff, the student body, and their families. Pizza Palace will offer to provide $50(fifty) dollars per month towards fundraising purposes of the schools. The day of the month is to be chosen by the School and agreed upon with Pizza Palace prior to completing and agreeing upon this business proposal.
